Products and Product Availability

We may sell event décor products, floral products, backdrops, stands, drapes, candle sand wax, faux florals, centerpieces, rental items, and other event-related products.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and paid. Some items may be limited quantity, preorder, special order, final sale, or subject to shipping timelines.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping terms, and product details at any time.

 

Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid according to the payment terms provided at checkout, on the invoice, or in your written agreement.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

• You understand the listed price, shipping terms, and applicable fees

• Your order may be subject to taxes, shipping charges, processing fees, or additional invoiced costs

Orders are not finalized until payment has been successfully processed.

Deposits, Retainers, and Balances

Some services, rentals, workshops, or custom orders may require a deposit or retainer to reserve your date, seat, product, rental item, or service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Deposits and retainers are non-refundable

• Remaining balances must be paid by the due date provided

• Late payments may result in cancellation, loss of reserved items, loss of workshop seats, or delayed service

• Services, rentals, or orders may not proceed until payment is complete

For workshops and events, remaining balances may be due by the stated deadline provided during registration or in follow-up communication.

Event Design, Floral, and Rental Services

For event design, floral, décor, or rental services, details such as availability, design scope, delivery, setup, breakdown, venue access, staffing, and final pricing may depend on the event location, guest count, design needs, rental inventory, and timeline.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue information, access times, setup restrictions, room layout, color preferences, and design requirements.

Additional fees may apply for:

• Rush services

• Venue restrictions

• Extended setup or breakdown times

• Travel

• Delivery

• Labor

• Changes to design scope

• Damaged or missing rental items

• Last-minute changes

• Additional products or services requested after booking

Rental Items

Rental items remain the property of Exquisite & Elegant Designs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients are responsible for rental items while in their possession or while used for their event. Damaged, lost, stolen, broken, or excessively soiled rental items may result in replacement, repair, cleaning, or late fees.

Rental items must be returned in the condition and timeframe agreed upon.

Workshops, Classes, and Educational Services

Workshop, class, coaching, or educational registrations may include instruction, hands-on training, resources, templates, vendor information, business education, certificates, photos, or other materials depending on the specific offer.

By registering for a workshop or class, you understand that:

• Seats may be limited

• Payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• You are responsible for attending on time and participating professionally

• Results may vary based on your effort, business decisions, market, skill level, and implementation

• Educational content is for learning purposes and does not guarantee income, sales, funding, business credit approval, or business success

We reserve the right to change workshop schedules, instructors, locations, materials, or format if necessary.

Business Credit and Business Education Disclaimer

Any business credit, funding, business structure, marketing, pricing, or business education provided by Exquisite & Elegant Designs is for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Business credit approval

• Funding approval

• Specific credit limits

• Vendor approval

• Income results

• Business growth results

• Financial outcomes

• Legal or tax outcomes

You are responsible for your own business decisions and should consult with a qualified attorney, CPA, tax professional, financial advisor, or business advisor when needed.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary based on product availability, carrier timelines, preorder status, manufacturer timelines, weather delays, supply chain delays, or other factors outside of our control.

Some products may include free shipping. Other products may require shipping to be calculated separately and invoiced after purchase.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking and communication when possible.

For online or phone orders, businesses should have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timelines. The FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule states that if a seller cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days if no time is stated, the seller must obtain the customer’s consent to the delay or provide a refund for unshipped merchandise. 

Preorders and Special Orders

Preorder and special-order items may have estimated arrival dates. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, shipping, customs, carrier delays, supply chain delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

By placing a preorder or special order, you understand that:

• Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed

• Delays may occur

• Payment may be required upfront

• Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the item

• Some preorder or special-order items may be final sale

If a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide updated information when available.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return, refund, and exchange eligibility may vary by product or service.

• Deposits

• Retainers

• Workshop registrations

• Digital products

• Custom orders

• Preorders already in production or transit

• Used rental items

• Event design or floral services already planned, sourced, or executed

Approved refunds may be issued according to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary based on the service, product, rental, class, or workshop.

For events, workshops, and services, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on availability, timelines, costs already incurred, staffing, vendor commitments, product sourcing, or other business factors.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service, workshop, or event due to circumstances beyond our control, including emergencies, venue issues, severe weather, illness, supply issues, safety concerns, or low enrollment.

Photos, Videos, and Marketing Use

For workshops, classes, events, styled shoots, collaborations, or services, photos and videos may be captured for promotional, educational, portfolio, or marketing purposes.

By attending or participating, you grant Exquisite & Elegant Designs permission to use photos, videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, or event imagery for marketing, social media, website, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event or service.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photos, videos, graphics, designs, logos, product descriptions, workshop materials, class materials, templates, guides, and written content are the property of Exquisite & Elegant Designs or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, share, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Workshop, class, and educational materials are for registered participants only and may not be shared, sold, copied, or redistributed.

SMS/Text Messaging and Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email address and opting in, you agree to receive communications from Exquisite & Elegant Designs, which may include:

• Marketing messages

• Product updates

• Sale announcements

• Order updates

• Shipping updates

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exquisite & Elegant Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, lost opportunities, delays, or damages resulting from your use of our website, products, services, rentals, workshops, or communications.
