The Xquisite Xperience™ Workshop is an immersive, hands-on event, floral design, and business-training experience created for aspiring, emerging, and growing event professionals.
This is more than a class. It is a practical blueprint for structuring, pricing, marketing, and growing a profitable event or floral-design business.
Workshop attendees will receive guided training in:

THE DESIGNERS COLLABORATION
Collaboration Investment: $499
The Designers Collaboration is a working creative experience for established event professionals who are ready to combine their talents and execute an extraordinary event-design concept.
We are seeking experienced:
Fresh floral designers
Balloon designers
Draping specialists
Event designers
Participants will work together as one creative team to transform the venue and bring the complete Black-Tie Gala vision to life.
 
This experience provides an opportunity to collaborate with other talented professionals, showcase your specialty, expand your creative network, and participate in a large-scale luxury event production.
 
Collaboration attendees can get a professional branding experience that includes business headshots, portfolio-style photos, marketing content, and visual assets to help promote their brands for an additional $199- billed separately.
 
Please note: The Designers Collaboration does not include formal business or design training. Participants must possess working knowledge and experience within their specialty and be prepared to contribute their time, creativity, and professional skills.

THE BLACK-TIE GRAND GALA
After the learning, creating, collaborating, and executing, every registered attendee will come together for an unforgettable evening of celebration.
The Xquisite Black-Tie Grand Gala will feature:

The grand reveal of the collaborative design
The gala is included with all three registration options. Registered participants do not need to purchase an additional gala ticket.
We will not simply attend a beautifully designed event.
